Preparation

  • Mix of fresh green leaves – 100g
  • Tuna flakes – 70g
  • Avocado – 50g
  • Red onion – 15g
  • Lemon juice – 10ml
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 10ml
  • Salt&Pepper
  1. Put all the mixed fresh green leaves into a suitable bowl.
  2. Cut the avocado into cubes.
  3. Chop the red onion into small pieces.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and serve.
