- Mix of fresh green leaves – 100g
- Tuna flakes – 70g
- Avocado – 50g
- Red onion – 15g
- Lemon juice – 10ml
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 10ml
- Put all the mixed fresh green leaves into a suitable bowl.
- Cut the avocado into cubes.
- Chop the red onion into small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients and serve.
